The WBA Umpire Program
The WBA provides an opportunity for boys and girls who are in 7th grade or above to be umpires in regular-season games. Assignments are based on age, experience, attitude, responsibility, understanding of the game, and ability. The WBA pays umpires on a per-game basis
Almost all communications between WBA officials and umpires, and among the umpires themselves will be via email.
