We are hoping to have 3 travel teams for those who are 10 years old and under as of April 30th. There will be one A team and two equal B teams. The league sets the age limits and birth certificates are required by the league. The teams will start practicing in the second half of May. Games will start in the beginning of June and the season will end on July 25th. In general, the teams will play 3 games per week plus practices

  • Teams will be chosen by a group of House League managers and League Officers. Prior to the try-out we will solicit comments and recommendations from all House League Managers.  When selecting the teams we will consider House League performance along with the try-out. Because of the competitive nature of Travel Baseball, we will also consider the commitment the player has shown to House League play.
  • Commitment is an important issue and not because we want to field a winning team.  Travel Baseball is competitive and not everyone makes a team. If you have made plans for the summer and will be unavailable at any time during the travel season, please provide these dates when you register to try out.  Players who miss excessive time may be subject to reduced playing time.  One of the things our children learn through outside activities like team sports, is that individual goals sometimes have to take a back seat to the team.  Laying this out in advance can avoid a misunderstanding later.
  • The cost for the travel season will be approximately $550 per player.
